HammondCare Wahroonga is a brand new, dementia specific, four-level care home. It comprises of six private apartments, each providing home for between 9 and 12 residents. All apartments are designed around a unique model of personal, individual care, and staffed by specialist dementia carers and advisers.

Accommodation features premium level finishes and fittings, individual rooms and ensuites, landscaped gardens and terraces, and 24 hour dementia-specific care.

We believe that the best place for people with dementia to be is at home. When this is no longer possible, then our commitment is to provide an environment that looks, feels and operates like a home.
