The Gundaroo Colonial Inn provides motel style accommodation, a bar and restaurant and has a comprehensive selection of local wines and a take-out bottle shop.

The Inn's heritage building was restored using both recycled timber and locally sourced timber using a combination of Iron Bark, Red Gum, Black Butt and Yellow Box. Many walls and existing fireplaces have been preserved and given new Red Gum mantelpieces.

Some very special and individual features have been included in the restoration such as the Red Gum star inset in the restored Star Saloon Bar and the railings around the walls, made from the natural tree edge of Iron Bark. Visitors are made welcome at the bar, constructed from a huge slab of beautifully polished Iron Bark with a naturally formed timber edge.
