Garden State Hotel is a sprawling four-level pub located in the cosmopolitan heart of Flinders Lane, where outside becomes in and new experiences begin.

Garden State Hotel features:

• The Garden Grill

   - The Garden Grill is our primary dining space, reminiscent of a contemporary New York Grill. On the menu you can expect to find a sophisticated yet fun Modern Australian food offering, all designed to share. The Garden Grill menu also highlights a range of dishes from the raw bar, which serves up the freshest seafood from the hands of local fish mongers and providores. The Garden Grill is open for lunch and dinner, reservations are advised.

• Public Bar

   - If you’re after a wholesome and relaxed dining experience in the heart of the action, the public bar is the place for you. On the menu you will find all your favourite pub classics, including market fish and salad, a house burger and a quality parma as well as a broad selection of moreish snacks and shared items. The Public Bar is a walk-in dining space only; wherever there’s a seat you can eat.

• Rose Garden

    - Rose Garden is a fun, vibrant and eclectic space open for lunch, dinner and late night snacks. The Rose Garden has it’s own specialised small bites menu, offering a contemporary à la carte menu best accompanied by signature Rose Garden cocktails.

• Kiosk

    - After something quick, cheap and tasty? Head to the Kiosk located next to the beer garden for a selection of flavour packed toasted sandwiches and snacks of the day. Use the self-order screens to place your order which will be served up in under 10 minutes and you’ll be notified when your order is ready. Available dine in and takeaway.
