Forest Lake Family Practice was first established in 2007 by Dr Cuong Luu and his wife, Mrs Kim Nguyen. We endeavour to provide the highest possible quality of healthcare for you and your family at our local medical practice in Forest Lake.
MEDICAL SERVICES
All consultations can be bulk billed provided you have a current Medicare card. Our professional medical services include all aspects of general practice, consultations, care plans, mental health consultations, aged health checks and children's, women's and men's health.
OUR MEDICAL PRACTICE
Along with providing a reliable service, our medical practice consists of a clean and comfortable waiting area. To keep your children occupied and happy while you wait, our friendly team has created a fun play area equipped with colouring in activities.
