Elaia Café was founded in 1996 by Perry and Ritsa Nicholas. It was the first licensed café to open in the ‘Paris’ end of Charles Street with on street dining and serving All Day Breakfasts. Now 18 years later, Elaia is still proudly owned and operated by the original owners. They are honoured to be part of the charm that is Charles Street and to have observed its development into a significant eating precinct in Launceston Tasmania.
Elaia Café is open from 7.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday and 7.30am to 3.30pm Sunday. We serve All Day Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner and are Fully Licensed.
