Dr. Steven Ng

Dr Steven Ng is a Consultant Occupational Physician focussed on injury management and occupational rehabilitation. Steven has been practising in occupational health in the Illawarra Region since 1992. He has been practising as a treating medical specialist in occupational and musculoskeletal medicine since 1997.

Since Steven completed tenure as a managing director of a multidisciplinary occupational health practice in 2010, he has extended his specialist service in occupational, musculoskeletal and pain medicine in the Illawarra region and in Sydney with w multidisciplinary medical specialist team approach. He has been invited to work with orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, hand surgeons and pain medicine specialists with a team approach in the private practices and clinics. To maximise injury management options for patients, Steven has gained consultancy rights at Prince of Wales Private Hospital. He has been invited to be part of the Sydney Spine Institute and Eastern Suburbs Pain Clinic at Suite 20, Level 7, Prince of Wales Private Hospital where he consults every Thursday.

In his capacity as a NSW WorkCover Injury Management Consultant and NSW Workers Compensation Approved Medical Specialist, Steven is happy to provide assistance and input to patients experiencing problems negotiating through the workers compensation system besides obtaining optimal evidence-based injury management.
