We assist with everything from the initial concept design, assisting with Development Applications, rezoning, securing pre-sales, right through to construction, then leasing and/or sales. If required we also remain with our clients after the development to assist with property maintenance and if the development is owned by a consortium of investors we managed the account keeping and distribution of profits / leasing income in perpetuity as required.
