Danjee is a Korean to call a small Korean Traditional ceramic pot which it was utilised the age-old practice of naturally fermenting food gives a deep and complex flovour to foods such as kimchi and jang (fermented sauce).
Danjee is a step above Korean BBQ. We want to be considered more fine dining, with our focus on the presentation and quality of the food we offer.
