Cruiseabout is Australia's only national retail cruise agency, with stores located in 7 different states and territories. The flagship store opened in Turramurra,Sydney more than 15 years ago by the Blackmores, a business couple from New South Wales.

Cruiseabout was then purchased in 2002 by Flight Centre Limited but it wasn't until July 2008 when Cruiseabout rapidly expanded to provide service for the growing number of Australian cruise passengers. 11 new Cruiseabout stores were rapidly opened across the country, with four in Queensland, two more in New South Wales, three in Victoria and one each in South and Western Australia. Today, Cruiseabout boasts 62 stores across Australia, with another 7 to open by December 2015.Cruiseabout has also spread internationally. In December 2009, the first Cruiseabout store opened in Auckland, New Zealand, and we now have stores in Canada and South Africa too.

We have over 200 full-time cruising specialists throughout our stores and we pride ourselves on our cruise knowledge and exceptional service levels. Many of our consultants have had years of experience from working aboard cruise ships throughout the world, long careers in the travel industry or even running their own travel agencies.
