In fact, we even have a specially designed ladies room to ensure the ladies privacy and comfort. A creche is available on weekday mornings to leave the children and allow you to focus on your workout.

Members enjoy more than twenty FREE exercise and fitness classes per week.

We also offer bicycle hire, with mountain, tandem, ladies comfort bikes & children's trailers available for day hire.

We also provide the only squash court in Mudgee.
