It is committed to the principles of human rights, social justice and equity, including the rights of Western Australians to equity in access to legal services.
The Association conducts its business via General meetings of members, an Executive Committee elected by the membership and various sub committees and working parties. The Association is resourced by a Secretariat office located in East Perth.
