Colcept is an architectural and project management practice which has been developed by Colin Heymann since 2001, after his 20 years involvement as a senior partner of a larger firm.

Colcept specialise in new residential buildings, including multi-residential, and have also successfully completed numerous residential renovations, alterations and additions.

Equal importance is applied to documentation and contract administration services which are of the highest standard and completed within a framework of quality and time control.
