Classivo

Classivo - one platform to run your whole school.

Classivo is made by PRS. It suits a single school or a group of campuses. It also suits a company that wants to sell school software under its own name.

Admissions. Parents apply online from your school website. Every enquiry is followed up until the child joins or says no.

Student records. One file per child. Guardians, health notes, documents, house and past results all sit together.

Fees. Build your own fee heads, discounts and instalments. Parents pay online by card, or at the counter. Receipts print at once. One screen shows everyone who still owes money, and reminders go out by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Attendance. Daily, by subject, or from a biometric machine. Parents of absent children are told the same morning.

Timetable. Build a timetable with no clashes. Arrange a cover teacher the same day.

Exams. Enter marks once. Report cards, marks and grades come from those marks. You can run online tests from a question bank too.

Learning. Homework, study notes, online courses and live classes over Zoom, Meet or Jitsi.

Office and campus. Accounting, staff attendance, leave, payroll and payslips. Transport with live bus tracking. Hostel rooms. Library. Stores. Visitors and gate passes. Certificates and ID cards.

Apps. Parents, students and teachers each get their own app. Everyone sees only what their role allows.

Your own brand. Full white-label is available. Your name, your colours, and your own app.

Your data stays yours. Staff see only what their role allows. Parents see only their own children. Every change is logged.
