Church Street Medical Centre provides quality and accessible care to all patients in a beautiful environment.
We provide a wide range of General Practice and Family Health services, and have a special interest in providing care to families. We have allied health practitioners working alongside us, including podiatry, naturopathy, psychologists, a fertility educator and a sexual therapist. We also have pathology on site.
