that would cater for the discerning customers wishing to share some tasty fried chicken
& casual drinks in an informal venue.
Heaven Kim moated her idea from inception, through to the interior design and construction of the eatry, including soft lighting & music to create a friendly and pleasant
environment.
She started the business on 31st of January 2015, and it has - now becoming an institution (so appropriately named as CHICKEN INSTITUTE) where patrons would come back again and again for more "Damn Good" fried chicken.
