Carla Berbary is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She has more than 20 years of experience in counselling and holds a Master’s Degree in Analytical Psychology from Western Sydney University.

As an experienced counsellor, Carla Berbary has worked in a variety of settings, including school and youth counselling, trauma counselling (STARTTS), and family/parent support services.

With the exposure to a wide range of individuals with different presentations, Carla Berbary Counselling is prepared to provide high-quality support and treatment for issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, marital issues, family conflict, anger management, relationships and grief.

Carla Berbary is trained in therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Jungian Analysis, Short-Term Counselling, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy and Trauma-Informed Practice.

With a broad range of therapeutic approaches at our disposal, Carla Berbary Counselling uses a combination of different modalities tailored to the client’s needs.

At Carla Berbary Counselling, we offer both short- and long-term counselling therapy for individuals with emotional and relationship issues including complex and long-standing issues. Carla Berbary Counselling also offers relationship & marriage counselling.
