The Menu
The new menu is a classical blend of our new head chef, Jason Dean, inspired creations and buzo’s classic dishes. They reflect both contemporary and traditional Italian with a focus on using only the freshest of ingredients to create full-flavoured, in-season dishes.
Other dishes appear with the change of season and reflect the produce that is natural for that time and might not be reflected in this menu.
The Wine List
The compact wine list is Italian-based with a broad, regional and varietal cross-section.
