Building Designers Association Queensland

The mission of the BDAQ is to promote the pursuit of excellence and integrity within the building design profession and to support and promote building designers in Queensland working within a local, national and international context. BDAQ also endeavors to guide building designers to a position of respect and dignity in the design and building industries.

Membership of the Building Designers Association of Queensland (BDAQ) is open to building designers who are licensed by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) in any of the Building Design or Builders Licence classes. There are also membership categories for anyone who has an interest in building design. A growing group of design students are joining BDAQ to make sure they are up to date with the latest information and are gaining great value from just mixing with experienced members. Employees of building designers, architects and others are also finding value from their associate membership. Corporate members are generally manufacturers or suppliers of products or services to the building industry.
