t Brunswick East CrossFit our mission is to make exercise fun, within a supportive community environment. We want our members to cheer each other on in class, and then go have a drink together after class or catch-up for coffee on the weekends.

We provide highly skilled coaches to keep you moving safely and encourage you to work hard. Utilising the CrossFit methodology and incorporating periodised strength programming, we help to make you fitter, faster, stronger so that you can enjoy life to the fullest. We also want to you to encourage and cheer on the members around you as we believe that success comes through the support of the community around you.

Whether you’re getting yourself off the couch, out of the office chair or an advanced athlete our skilled coaches will scale each workout to enable everyone to participate and perform at their best.

CrossFit is a sport that encompasses weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular exercises in unique and varied workouts to test you both mentally and physically. We provide you with experienced coaches guiding you through the techniques required to perform these movements safely and help you get fit and strong.
