Bramic Constructions is based on a simple idea, to deliver a professional and high quality building service that also incorporates initiatives that help reduce any negative environmental impact.
Bramic Constructions is a small construction company located in the Bayside suburb of Parkdale, Victoria. We offer domestic building and carpentry services to clients throughout all Melbourne suburbs as well as rural Victoria.
Our founder Brad Brkljacic is a registered builder and carpenter of over fifteen years experience with a reputation for providing efficient and friendly service with a quality finish.
Brad is also a registered HIA Green Smart builder so Bramic Constructions has a focus on green building principals. Working within the client and designers needs, where possible recycled materials, and energy efficient initiatives are used.
We are a young company with an old school work ethic. We take pride in our work and strive to provide absolute quality with no compromise.
We provided a personalized service, keeping the client involved and informed throughout the whole build process, as we understand that every client is unique, with their own requirements and expectations.
