Operating in Sydney since 1996 under its former name of the UK owned Allied/Nightingale Nursing, a local management buyout led to the company rebranding to Bower Healthcare in July 2014.

Having now restructured and with no further overseas ties or affiliations, we are a quality endorsed, 100% Australian owned and operated family business, excited to be embarking on the next phase of our business journey.

With over 40 years combined industry experience, Bower Healthcare’s management and consulting staff are nurses or community workers themselves, having all worked in the field as agency staff during their careers.
