Bentley Restaurant and Bar was founded in 2006 by Chef Brent Savage and Sommelier Nick Hildebrandt. Sydney patrons were quick to realize they were experiencing something unique when Brent’s progressive, flavoursome food was expertly matched with boutique wines from Nick’s diverse international collection. This reputation for excellence in food, wine-matching, and service continued and has since earned the Bentley and its founders' tons of awards.
2013 saw the Bentley move from its first home in Surry Hills to a larger, grander space at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sydney’s CBD. With its majestic façade and modern interior designed by award-winning Melbourne architect Pascale Gomes-McNabb, Bentley Restaurant and Bar found the perfect home.
