Situated at the base of an original Art Deco apartment block, the 'Lawson' apartments, Balthazar creates an intimate lighting and sound recluse, a kind of place of your own. Once inside the outside world slips away and we invite you to feel at home and dine and drink how you'd like, at anytime we are open. From snacks and drinks before a performance, or a light no alcohol lunch to fine dining evenings.

Established in 1998, and still in the same hands, Balthazar is only 16 years young. We may well be in our rebellious years and constantly evolving, but we are always true to our passions of food, art, atmosphere and great service. To our regular customers, Balthazar has become a trusted place of celebration.
