A long time ago, I decided to start a fitness centre that fosters a comfortable atmosphere, provides a safe environment and exceeds the expectations of members, at every fitness level.

Twenty-one years later, it is still the case today.

Though we are a big local health club offering the facilities you’d expect from the largest of fitness centres, we’re still small enough to care about the individual needs of our members and are constantly seeking to upgrade and improve our facility.

With our modern gym facilities, vast range of equipment and over 35 group fitness classes on offer, we offer an unbeatable service to all our members.
