Arlington Homes is a boutique-based building service, with over 25+ years of experience in the home building industry. Our office is located in the heart of Essendon, providing us with a fantastic space to service our clients in the metropolitan area.

The building industry as we know it today consists of many types of builders and for a developer, homeowner to choose a builder this can be a maze of uncertainty and no doubt asking the question have I selected the right builder to build my home or a major building project can go either way.

The uncertainty can lead to stress or unhappiness especially during the course of the construction process when in reality this period should be seen as a wonderful journey and experience.
