In this business I endeavor to bring together good quality painting contractors, who have the capabilities to match a project size, to Body Corporates, Strata Managers, Building Managers, School Maintenance Managers, Aged Care Facility Managers, and any project that requires painting management.

Consulting- Our first meeting includes: site inspection, tailored proposal and costing. It will delivered to you as a FREE initial consultation.

Project Managing- If you want your painting project to be a pleasant experience. We are the part of the process to smooth out the bumps. From start to finish, as seamless as possible.

Project Outcome- With our proven quality control systems, your engaged painting contractor will deliver on their quote. We use a simple approach, " Accountability is Everything"

Future Forecasts- We can write reports for your property on when it should be painted next. If there are particular areas of concern, and how they could be addressed. Included in this report is a forecast on what would be the projected cost to complete the project, for budget purposes.

Painting Maintenance Plans- We can propose a maintenance plan for your property. Write a specification based on your needs, that can quoted by painting contractors. Particularly designed for schools and aged care facilities, and all properties that would like to maintain their investment.

Lead Testing- We can test substrates on buildings for the presence of lead, using a lead test kit. The age of a building is usually a giveaway for lead to be present. However, a lead test will confirm it. We then write a report on findings, and how it could be managed. Then send it to the client, ie: Strata Manager & Body Corporate.

Colour Consultancy- We can deliver a professional colour schedule for your property, to suit your requirements. This can be discussed at the initial consultation. If you would like to, we can include a colour scheme in your proposal. You know what they say "Sometimes a change is as good as a holiday"

We can also recommend an independent QBCC licenced builder for all your building requirements.
