At Airfare Geeks, we go to great lengths to ensure that our clients have the smoothest possible experience and we provide much needed advice and support to help navigate the new world of travel. When Australia’s international border closed in March 2020, we helped countless travellers urgently get home, including many that had booked online and then found themselves stuck with little assistance from the websites they had booked with, and through rapidly closing borders and airports around the world. We then spent the rest of 2020 facilitating refunds to clients from airlines and other suppliers as well as helping those who needed to travel during a time in which international travel was exceptionally complicated. Whether it was assisting with exemption applications to leave Australia, navigating ever changing rules and restrictions around the world and constantly moving airline schedules or scouring airline availability for the last seat home, we made sure our clients had all of our expertise and assistance available to them when they needed it the most.
