360’s founder, Dwone Jones (DJ), has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He got his start in New York City, where fast-paced urbanites value their workout and expect a top-of-the-line exercise experience. DJ brought this know-how first to Tamworth, then the Central Coast, and now offers Aussies the chance to get fit the way they deserve.

Our facilities

Our high-quality Central Coast and Tamworth gyms have grown significantly since the first one opened in Tamworth in 2008. Our facilities now boast state-of-the art equipment, indoor pools, comfortable Group Fitness studios, and a spacious weightlifting area. Whether you prefer working out alone or in groups, no matter if you’re a cardio-head or prefer pumping iron, 360 has you covered.

But we’re more than just a space where people exercise. At our Tamworth gym, you’ll find an on-site health clinic and a full café offering healthy snacks and meals to keep you fuelled during your workout and afterwards too. Families are also welcome, thanks to the well-staffed crèche available. And most importantly, our staff is comprised of good, strong people who embody our core beliefs.
