A single cask from the Bowmore Distillery on Islay, independently bottled under the Wind & Wave series from the Character of Islay Whisky Company, this expression aged for 18 years in an Ex Bourbon Barrel, before being bottled up at cask strength.

Producers Tasting Notes:

Nose: Ruby red grapefruits with a background of custard and soft smoke

Palate: Earthy sweetness and smoke envelop flavours of liquorice, lemon and blackcurrant

Finish: Lasting sea salt, soft fruit and forest pine notes
