Try:  

Need a deep clean to tackle that seasonal grime? Or maybe a regular maintenance plan to keep things sparkling? We tailor our cleaning services to your specific needs and preferences. You tell us what matters most, and we'll handle the dirty work. (This focuses on "you" and their problem with a clear benefit).
