At the street front, a red neon lotus flower sign casts a light over diners queuing for an impromptu spot at the island bar, where they have a front row seat to the action of the live dessert station.
Saigon Sally was launched in 2013 and is the sister venue for the group’s first venture, Hanoi Hannah. The opening of Saigon Sally saw the group become an authority in modern Vietnamese cuisine, south of the river.

Head Chef Adrian Li’s contemporary Asian cuisine draws largely on Vietnamese staples, interpreted with the finesse and technique from his classic training at Donovan’s restaurant. An emphasis on market sourced produce and fresh ingredients, ensures consistency in the quality of dishes.
Signature plates include the kingfish ceviche with pomelo and green papaya atop betel leaf, a main of braised pork belly with sticky black caramel and for dessert, the Tira-mi-sally, layers of macaron, Vietnamese coffee parfait, condensed milk and peanut brittle.Reflecting the décor and the cuisine, drinks are playful and imaginative, served speedily from a central bar.
