Meatmaiden delivers choice cuts from the smoker and grill, a diverse tap line-up of craft beer, a well matched wine list and some killer cocktails in the CBD.

On our grill section, we dry-age all our meat for 40 days to achieve maximum flavour and tenderness. Our signature Rangers Valley Wagyu brisket takes up to 20 hours in our custom-built smokers to hit melting point.

Our wine list is carefully curated to compliment the depth of flavour behind our dry-aged and smoked meat. We’re also passionate about craft beer, with six taps of Australian and international offerings in our main bar including a constantly rotating special keg offering.
