The UCC are passionate about the flavours of their Latin food heritage and have partnered with The Lobo to showcase it in this boutique share menu. From a very young age, UCC’s head chef Vicki learnt to make empanadas at her grandmother’s house, where her family would cook up large batches for family gatherings and celebrations. This menu aims to showcase these delicious family recipes from South America and the Caribbean alongside our award winning cocktail list. All dishes are handmade in small batches with a big pinch of love.
