The George Rydell Group was established by Ian George in 1988. With established offices in Victoria and around 40 full time employees including our direct labour force of carpenters and labourers, we are a reputable company boasting an outstanding track record. Our business has evolved to take in a broad range of projects in many areas such as Retail, Education, Food, Pharmaceutical and Residential Apartments.
The George Rydell Group has successfully completed projects for many blue chip clients throughout metropolitan and rural Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania such as Wesfarmers Limited, Fonterra Limited, Murray Goulburn, GlaxoSmithKline and Woolworths to name a few.
At the George Rydell Group our Project team includes Construction Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, OH&S Representatives and Contract Administrators who all work closely together to bring your project in on time and on budget.

Our project delivery has successfully incorporated a number of differing methods, ranging from hard money fixed price tendering, Design and Construct contracts with Guaranteed Maximum Price and Construction Management with either negotiated fixed price or cost plus contracts, in order to fulfil our clients’ needs, budgets, programs and objectives.
