The Steamed dried shitake mushroom, dried shrimp and taro wrapped in bean curd skin and deep fried then served with spicy sweet coriander sauce. Curried white bait fritter served with house made sweet chilli sauce and crushed cashew nut. Steamed minced pork and spring onion wrapped in rice paper. Duck tongue simmered with with five spice, served with braised pickle, green mustard and nam som (vinegar chilli). Stir fried green bean with southern curry paste and dried shrimp.
As for dessert, Surry Hills Eating House serves Steamed Taro with durian coconut cream and Sago with black beans and warm coconut milk.
