About Your Trainor John Donaghey
My name is John Donaghey and I am a full time Fitness Australia Registered Personal Trainor who runs a Personal Training Studio In North Sydney Australia. I still train up to 30 sessions per week because I love coaching people to get lean, fit and healthy.
Unlike every online trainer I do not claim to train celebrities and athletes. For the past 10 years, I have trained everyday busy men like you who want to get lean, fit and athletic and still have a balanced life.
I created Project Physical Specimen because over the years I have had hundreds of conversations with busy men who tell me how frustrated they are because they go to the gym 3-4 times per week and were not getting the results they felt they wanted.
They were also bored with doing the same workouts all the time because they didn’t know how to change their training to get the results they wanted.
As a result, they would default to the standard chest and biceps, a bit of abs and some cardio. They had the desire to work hard, they just needed to know how to train and eat to get results and keep those results despite their busy work and family life. They needed a plan and direction!
