Popolo offers an authentic & memorable dining experience with a total focus on exquisite produce. Owner operator Flavio Carnevale was born into his family's long-held business as the sole meat & cured meat suppliers of his hometown in the region of Basilicata. From early childhood, he accompanied his father to meetings with all the local farmers selecting the finest stock, to create the family’s organic products.

Now having 18 years’ experience working in highly awarded restaurants throughout Italy, Barcelona & Sydney, Flavio made his lifelong dream a reality creating Popolo in 2012 & working closely with his experienced front of house, passionate sommelier & creative kitchen team inspiring each other daily.
