Drawing inspiration from the healthy eating philosophy in chef/owner Michael Moore’s best selling cookbook series Blood Sugar, our menus combine the sensory high of fine dining with healthy influences from Michael’s personal experience as a diabetic. It’s a unique, unexpected food journey that never compromises on flavour, integrity and enjoyment.
For Michael and head chef Darren Templeman, flavour always comes first. They utilise creative cooking techniques to coax out the very best in fresh ingredients; many signature dishes are flash-seared on our Robata grill at temperatures of over 500 degrees to deliver precise, clean flavours. Vegetables caramelise and soften, meats crisp and char and seafood tastes pure and sweet. Discover a world of flavour, texture and aroma that’s high above the ordinary.
