Our firm was established in Frankston in 1969 and has been dedicated for over 40 years to servicing the Peninsula community by providing quality legal services in a range of areas. Over that time, our firm has grown to comprise four Partners, one employee Solicitor, two Law Clerks and seven support staff.
Rudi Meier commenced practice in Frankston in 1975 and became a Partner of the firm in 1976. Rudi practiced as a Barrister at the Victorian Bar for seven years during which time he obtained his Master of Laws as a Solicitor. Rudi has focused on the areas of family law, defacto property matters and victims of crime. He obtained his Specialist Accreditation in Family Law in July 1998. Rudi is an experienced advocate able to appear at court in all jurisdictions.
Michael Denison joined our firm in 1981 and became a Partner in 1986. His main areas of interest and expertise include property and conveyancing, Probate and administration of estates, challenges to wills and estates, and most aspects of commercial law. Michael is a long-serving volunteer at the Peninsula Community Legal Centre in Frankston.
Lance Guymer commenced practice in 1988 and obtained his Specialist Accreditation in Commercial Litigation from the Law Institute of Victoria in 1993. He is a member if the Users Group of the Building and Property List of VCAT , which meets each quarter to receive input from legal practitioners into the running of the list, and is a current committee member and immediate past President of the Building Dispute Practitioners’ Society. He also volunteered for a number of years at the Peninsula Community Legal Centre and is a past President of its management committee. Lance joined our firm in 2007, bringing with him his extensive experience and expertise in building and construction law.
Peter Le Souef commenced private practice in 1981 and from 1987 until October 2007 worked as a sole practitioner. He practices predominantly in family law and de facto property matters. In 2008, Peter was appointed a Director of WAYSS.
Lola Peeters commenced private practice in 1984. She practices predominantly in estates, wills, powers of attorney, trusts, business and property transactions, as well as victim of crime matters. She is also a volunteer at the Peninsula Community Centre.
