Justice and Police Museum
Tourism - Sydney, NSW
Set in an 1890s police station, this interactive museum explores Sydney's criminal & forensic past.
Sydney’s first European settlers were criminals – not an auspicious start – and the city has maintained its reputation for breeding some of the world’s hardest, most malevolent and cunning crooks.
Home to a vast negative archive documenting police investigation, many important records and over 9000 objects, the Justice & Police Museum examines the social history of NSW law, policing and crime.
