in our bed and breakfast in"Sarina" We have 3 tastefully decorated Queen rooms with there own theme for you to choose from.

each room has its own ensuite,air conditioning, television

and key locked doors for your own privacy.

The rooms are separate from our main house.

all rooms at "golden lace" are serviced daily at your request

We supply a continental breakfast of cereal fruits and yogurt and bread for toast or if you want more and if we can help with anything just ask and we will do our best to get it for you.

We have a communal kitchen in the b & b with all utensils and sitting room with television and VCR and old movies for you to choose from.

there is a deck, pool, BBQ for you to use,[times and rules for the pool are listed in your rooms.] .we are only 1.5 km from Sarina township and some hotels supply a courtesy coaches to and from this address.

The "Sarina" region is surrounded by Queensland's natural beauty. Australia's largest continuous stretch of subtropical rainforest, spectacular National Parks, breathtaking mountains and gorges, historic townships, miles of golden beaches, tropical islands and, of course the enchanting world of the Great Barrier Reef.

It's all here, waiting for discovery located halfway between Brisbane and Cairns with activities and accommodation to suit all budgets.

TheEungellaNational Park is a wonderful spot to view the world's most unusual creature, the elusive duck billed platypus. Visit one of Queensland's oldes tropical inland town of Clermont, which is the country's largest exporter of steaming coal. Alternatively step aboard a de Havilland float plane from mackay and explore exotic corals and marine life.

In the area there is several beaches for your pleasure to name a few,,FRESHWATER ,, point a natural turtle hatchery and has been argued that is the landing place of the "venetian's" GRASS TREE beach has a large park to sit or picnic in and Sarina beach has a surf club to enjoy a cool refreshment or meal.
