Restaurants - Southbank, VIC
Blondie offers an exciting menu inspired by Asian cuisine. Blondie provides an interesting mix of Australian and European wines, carefully selected craft beer, and cocktails.
Blondie’s head chef Vinnie Robinson started his formal chef training at the age of 17 and went on to become a part of two of the top restaurants in Auckland, New Zealand, by the age of 20. Vinnie spent 3 years at the landmark seafood and fine-dining restaurant Kermadec before taking his knowledge to Australia to establish the Blondie kitchen. He drew on his experience to create a menu that compliments the Melbourne dining style and the various Eastern influences of the city.
